We work with you as partners

Kerry and his team have partnered on a variety of projects for the BlackRock Investment Academy since 2017. These include but are not limited to a customized showcase video, instructional learning videos and marketing thumbnails. Kerry is a trusted partner for creative direction and understands the complicated balance of staying within brand and guidelines while also providing an engaging learning experience for employees.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kerry LaCoste for over a decade, first when I was a project manager of a book that required his graphical expertise, and then as I wrote and published three of my own books, two of which required an end-to-end graphical-design approach and implementation.

When I work with Kerry, I know he will be responsive and thoughtful and will challenge me to ensure that the result is high quality. He focuses on being a partner in the process of creating something lasting, beautiful and impactful. I have been delighted by the work that he has done for my passion projects and related publications.

Kerry LaCoste and his team created an exceptional piece design work for my book The Inclusion Paradox. Having consulted, written, and spoken on the topics of diversity and inclusion in the workplace for a long time, finding fresh ways to present my new ideas and views visually is a must but not easy. I tasked Kerry to create a logo to brand the Inclusion Paradox concept that we'd then use on the book and blog/web site. I was thrilled with the results and we ended up using the final mark on the cover of the book. The interior design was quite an undertaking since it tapped out at at close to 400 pages.

One of Kerry's many gifts is his ability to truly internalize the topic area he is designing for and to let his creative ideas and graphic design concepts come from inside the topic rather than imposed from the outside. He listened intently to my explanations of what I wanted to accomplish with each chapter plus he read the material, and every time he came up with delightfully surprising concepts that captured the soul of each chapter's message. This is a hard-to-find trait! And better yet, not only was he an idea genius, he also knew how to make it reality.
